Welcome to Pradeepa.coach. By accessing or using this website, enrolling in coaching programs, or participating in any offerings by Pradeepa Leadership Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Coaching Services

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or legal/financial consulting.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Participation requires honesty, effort, and a willingness to engage.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue coaching if it is not in alignment with the client’s wellbeing or the integrity of the coaching relationship.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement, all payments made for:

Coaching sessions
Coaching packages
Workshops
Leadership School
Retreats
Masterclasses
Digital products or courses

are non-refundable.

Payment is required at the time of registration or booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy

We value integrity in the coaching partnership and respect for each other’s time.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session:

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to request a reschedule.
Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will be considered completed unless there is a true emergency.
Any and all rescheduling requests must be discussed directly with Pradeepa, and any new session time will be created based on mutual agreement.

This ensures flexibility while maintaining respect for the commitments both sides make.

5. Confidentiality

We honor the confidentiality of all coaching conversations and client information.

We will not share your personal information without your consent except in cases where:

There is risk of harm to yourself or others
Disclosure is required by law

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through coaching or this website — including leadership models, worksheets, frameworks, tools, slides, course content, audio/video recordings, and digital products — are the exclusive property of Pradeepa Leadership Coaching.

Sell
Teach
Publish
Modify
any content without prior written permission.

7. Coaching Disclaimer (Included Within These Terms & Conditions)

a. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Medical Care

Coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatry, mental health treatment, or medical care.

We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental or emotional health conditions.

b. Coaching Is Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice

All guidance offered is strictly for educational and developmental purposes.

We do not provide:

Financial or tax advice
Medical advice
Mental health diagnoses
HR, compliance, or employment law advice

Any actions you take based on coaching discussions are solely your responsibility.

c. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

You are fully responsible for your wellbeing, decisions, choices, and results
Coaching does not guarantee outcomes
Your progress depends on your commitment and follow-through

d. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

Promotions
Salary increases
Job placement
Business success
Leadership roles
Emotional or behavioral transformation

Coaching provides tools, support, and clarity — but you create your results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pradeepa Leadership Coaching is not liable for:

Decisions or actions you take
Business, financial, career, emotional, or relationship outcomes
Any direct or indirect damages arising from coaching or website use

You agree to use coaching services at your own discretion and responsibility.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pradeepa Leadership Coaching harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from your use of:

Payments are not completed
